How To Return an Item:
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. You must return the item within 60 days of your purchase.
1. Please email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number for your return. This way we will pay return shipping cost . Please do note that refund will be issued as soon as we get the return shipped to us.
2. Kindly note that Customers will have to wait for us to generate the return tracking Number. We will email you accepting your return and also in the same email we will have return tracking number for you to print and ship.

Its very important customers do wait for our return generated tracking number to enable quick refunds to customers and avoid confusion.
Some items cannot be returned if they are opened and used. Products that has been sanded, cut or used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Though some exceptional cases may be there which will decided based on a discussion with the customer. Rest assured we will make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. This is a family business and will do our best to make you all happy.
There is no restocking fee when you return an item to us. All returns will be made to M/s Exotic Wood Zone, Ballwin office. Please note that we generate the return label. Irrespective of this whether shipping is free or not, what you paid for the product with shipping or without shipping will be refunded in full within 3 business days. You can call us anytime to 314-495-5453 to enquire status of your return or refund amount. We are a family owned business and we sure would do the best to make our customers are totally satisfied with the product and with our customer service.
We will go case by case to see if your product can be exchanged. We will get in contact with you to see whats the best solution we can provide you to make sure you are happy.
All orders are shipped within one business day of your order.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS, UPS, FedEx,
DHL or other carriers who will provide a reasonable shipping rate.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. In most cases we are trying to provide free shipping as best as possible.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
